Terms & Conditions — qq333 Gaming Platform

qq333 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of account balance:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the qq333 Platform, place bets, or access game sessions.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker or other card games, or coordinate betting strategies to the detriment of other players or the house.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error may be voided.

All content on the qq333 Platform — including but not limited to the qq333 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of qq333 or its licensed game-studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qq333 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits qq333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

qq333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 6.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee after this period; Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Members may voluntarily close their qq333 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
